Heroin Arrest in Marlboro Township
A local woman was arrested Tuesday after she was found with five wax folds of heroin on her, police said.
MARLBORO TOWNSHIP, NJ - A local woman was arrested Tuesday in Marlboro Township after police said she was found with five wax folds of heroin and a hypodermic syringe.
Felicia Foster, 24, of Hawthorne Place, was found with five wax folds stamped with "Mars" in red ink, containing a white powdery substance of suspected heroin, police said. She was also found with a hypodermic needle on her, police said.
