Howell Resident Charged With Assault By Auto in Marlboro

Hall is alleged to have been driving recklessly to a person near Marlboro High School.

Bradley Hall, 37, of Howell was indicted on one count of second degree assault by auto on or within 1000 feet of school property by a Monmouth County Grand Jury. 

According to the indictment, on or about Dec. 7, 2011 Hall is alleged to have been "driving a vehicle recklessly and causing bodily harm," to a person within 1000 feet of Marlboro High School. 

An indictment is not a finding of guilt or a conviction, and all defendants are considered innocent until proven guilty.
