Prosecutors said the driver was intoxicated at the time of the crash that killed Gary Siriday.

MARLBORO, NJ— A South Amboy man was indicted on vehicular homicide charges, the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office said.

Thomas Spiecker, 21, was previously charged with driving while impaired following a January 2016 car crash in Marlboro, where his 2005 Dodge neon overturned and a passenger ejected.
