Man Indicted On Vehicular Homicide Charges In Marlboro: Prosecutor
Prosecutors said the driver was intoxicated at the time of the crash that killed Gary Siriday.

MARLBORO, NJ— A South Amboy man was indicted on vehicular homicide charges, the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office said.
Thomas Spiecker, 21, was previously charged with driving while impaired following a January 2016 car crash in Marlboro, where his 2005 Dodge neon overturned and a passenger ejected.
That passenger, 22 year old Gary Siriday, died a week after the accident. Siriday, a Sayreville resident, was remembered as an outdoorsman and hunter, who worked as an HVAC technician.

A second passenger was treated at the scene and refused further treatment, according to an NJ.com report.
The indictment says Spiecker drove recklessly while intoxicated.
