Marlboro Township has a new liquor license to sell, a consumption license meant for restaurant establishments. The new license comes based on census information, which shows an increase in Marlboro's population.
The license, a Plenary Retail Consumption License, will be sold through a public sealed bid process, a process which enables government's to contract competitively.
The requirements of the bidding process, which are found in the township's authorizing resolution attached here, include information about formally applying as well as pre-qualifying for the bid process before April 19.
