Monroe Man Charged In Marlboro Car Robbery

Police say the man smashed a window and stole a credit card.

MARLBORO, NJ-- A Monroe man was charged in relation to a car break-in in Marlboro, prosecutors say.

Joshua Chism, of Monroe, is charged with burglary for breaking into a Marlboro car in May. He is charged with fourth degree criminal mischief for allegedly breaking a car window and bending the frame, causing damage between $500 and $2,000 dollars.

Prosecutors say Chism stole an American Express credit card, for which he was charged with credit card theft in the fourth degree.
