More Child Sex Assault Charges For Colts Neck Tennis Coach

More victims have come forward against Terry Kuo, a Colts Neck youth tennis instructor, accusing him of kidnapping and producing child porn.

COLTS NECK, NJ — More victims have come forward to accuse a youth tennis instructor from Colts Neck of underage sex assault, kidnapping and manufacturing of child pornography. The tennis coach is Terry Y. Kuo, 26, of Colts Neck, also known as “Victor Lee." He is pictured above. Kuo was already indicted last year when one of his 13-year-old tennis students first reported him.

Kuo has now been indicted on 47 more counts, including kidnapping of a minor and manufacturing of child pornography. The incidents involved a tennis student of his and other local children in Monmouth County, announced Monmouth County Prosecutor Chris Gramiccioni on Wednesday, Jan. 2.

The investigation started after one of Kuo’s 13-year-old tennis students alleged various instances of sexual misconduct at Kuo’s hands during the summer and fall of 2017. A subsequent investigation conducted by the Marlboro police department, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victim’s Bureau and Computer Crimes Unit revealed child pornography on Kuo's phone as well as improper conduct with additional juveniles, police said.

According to the Two River Times, Kuo listed himself on his LinkedIn page as the founder and chief operating officer at ATS Tennis, 36 Artisan Way in Colts Neck. That's the same address as the Colts Neck Racquet Club.
