Marlboro Township is offering a free training to residents on how to use Narcan/naloxone, the drug commonly administered by police officers and rescue workers to prevent an opiate overdose.

Training is open to anyone who is at risk of an opioid overdose or their family and friends, the township says. All eligible participants will receive a free Narcan® (naloxone) kit and a treatment voucher for 30 days of free substance abuse treatment at JSAS Healthcare, Inc.
