Over 15K Raised In Donations By A Colts Neck Club

At their January meeting, the Colts Neck Lions Club announced they would be making donations to two worthy organizations.

COLTS NECK, NJ — The Colts Neck Lions Club announced at their January meeting that they would be making donations to two local organizations. The total amount was fully funded from community donations at their annual pancake breakfast, which was held last October, according to an official statement.

The club donated $3,000 to Kateri Day Camp, a seven-week summer camp in Wickatunk, which will be used to build a fence for their current playground project.

The second donation of $15,000 was made to the Monmouth County chapter of The Association of the United States Army (AUSA). That donation will fully fund a service dog for a Monmouth County Army veteran.
