Solana at Marlboro Starts to Welcome Residents

SOLANA AT MARLBORO TO OPEN SEPTEMBER 17

Solana at Marlboro, a new Assisted Living and Memory Care community, is welcoming its first residents at 52 County Road 520, Marlboro, New Jersey. Developed by Capitol Seniors Housing (CSH), a premier seniors housing development and investment firm based in Washington, DC, along with its partner, the Formation Shelbourne Group of Atlanta, Georgia, the new facility features 79 units with 54 devoted to assisted living and 25 to memory care.

Managed by Chelsea Senior Living, the 66,341 square foot, two-story building will provide a nurturing environment for both Assisted Living and Memory Care. Assisted Living may be an appropriate senior living option when some personal care services are needed, but around-the-clock medical care and supervision of a nursing home are still not required. Memory Care provides a secure, positive, loving and failure-free environment that can relieve caregivers from the physical and emotional demands of caring for a loved one who has Alzheimer’s or dementia.

Designed to reflect the character of the community of Marlboro with its proximity to both country estates and the Shore, Solana at Marlboro has a classic style with some coastal elements. The unique structure includes a mix of studios and one and two bedroom apartments. An interior courtyard provides new outdoor space for both residents and families.
