Board President Brian Cohen informed his fellow board members of the cancellation of the October 28th Marlboro Board of Education meeting due to what he described as “ongoing police investigations” and “safety concerns.” While the email cites caution and consultation with certain board members, the Marlboro Police Department has not confirmed any credible threat at this time. Many in our community feel this decision silences public voices and avoids accountability at a crucial time.
