2 Keyport Women Found In Motel With Heroin, Cocaine, Police Say
These two Keyport women were taken into police custody Thursday at an unnamed Wall Twp. motel:
WALL, NJ — Two Keyport woman were arrested at an unnamed Wall Twp. motel this past week, where police say they were found in the motel room with heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine.
A motor vehicle stop Thursday in Wall led to police officers searching the motel.
The incident began at approximately 12:30 p.m. Thursday, when Wall Twp. Patrolman James Yanazzonne stopped a car on Highway 35 and Wall Church Road for motor vehicle violations, said Wall Twp. police.

During the stop, a passenger in the car fled the scene on foot, later identified as Anthony Cicerello III, 35, of Wall.
After a short foot chase, Yannazzone was able to apprehend Cicerello.

Cicerello had an outstanding warrant for his arrest and was additionally charged with possession of heroin, crack cocaine, methamphetamine; four counts of possession of prescription narcotics without a prescription; resisting arrest; hindering his own apprehension; obstruction; destruction of evidence; possession with intent to distribute a narcotic and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A follow-up investigation took place later that day at a Wall Twp. motel. At the motel, the following were arrested:
- Heather Dockery, 38, Keyport, was charged with possession of cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, prescription narcotics without a prescription, and drug paraphernalia. She was brought to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, pending a future court appearance.
- Kassidy Lutz, 28, Wall Township, was charged with possession of cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, prescription narcotics without a prescription, and drug paraphernalia. She was released on a summons complaint.
- Melanie Allen, 38, Keyport, was charged with possession of cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, prescription narcotics without a prescription, and drug paraphernalia. She was brought to Monmouth County Correctional Institution, pending a future court appearance.
