Free Tree Seedlings For Aberdeen Residents

Aberdeen residents can get free tree seedlings as part of New Jersey's Tree Recovery Campaign.

Aberdeen residents can get free tree seedlings this month as part of New Jersey’s Tree Recovery Campaign, a program to replace trees damaged or destroyed by Superstorm Sandy.

Residents can pick up the seedlings at the Aberdeen Township Municipal Building on Church Street from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday and on April 11.

The seedlings will be available on a first come, first-served basis. They should be planted within two days to prevent the roots from drying out.
