OLD BRIDGE, NJ — Released by Old Bridge Police, all the arrests made from January 1 through Jan. 31:

On January 1, 2023, Anthony Shelton, a 61-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving and Failure to Observe a Traffic Signal following a motor vehicle crash in the area of Outback Steakhouse. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Annuzzi was the arresting officer.

On January 1, 2023, Stephanie M. Chen, a 34-year-old resident of Bound Brook, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Traffic on Marked Lanes, Refusal to Submit to Breath Samples, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing, Uninsured Motor Vehicles and Failure to Report a Motor Vehicle Accident following a motor vehicle crash in the area of Stratford Drive and Ticetown Road. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Annuzzi was the arresting officer.

On January 1, 2023, Salmon T. Sheridan, a 50-year-old Ewing resident was arrested and charged with Theft of Diesel over $500 in the area of Bordentown Avenue. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Benedict was the arresting officer.

On January 2, 2023, Jacqueline Ivette Williams, a 46-year-old resident of Westampton, NJ, was arrested and charged with Theft of Diesel Fuel over $500 in the area of Bordentown Avenue. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Benedict was the arresting officer.

On January 2, 2023, Richard Arhin Kensah, a 37-year-old Somerset resident, was arrested and charged with Theft in the area of Krispy Pizza on Route 516. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Annuzzi was the arresting officer.

On January 3, 2023, Khalid S. Abdullah, a 41-year-old resident of Newark was arrested for a warrant out of Livingston. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officers Keller and Paterak were the arresting officers.

On January 5, 2023, Leonard B. Williams, a 53-year-old Aberdeen resident was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving in the area of Ocean Boulevard and Raritan Boulevard following a motor vehicle crash. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Bucci was the arresting officer.

On January 6, 2023, Alex B. Boateng, a 25-year-old Parlin resident was arrested and charged with Burglary by Entering a Structure in the area of Route 9. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Bucci was the arresting officer.

On January 6, 2023, a 23-year-old Middletown resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Criminal Mischief with Damage. She was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Wilson was the arresting officer.

On January 6, 2023, a 20-year-old Laurence Harbor resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence, Aggravated Assault and Cyber Harassment. He also had warrant out of Old Bridge. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Detectives Cannillo, Grecco and Belgio were the arresting officers.

On January 6, 2023, Irena Hryniewicki-Sblano, a 55-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Shoplifting at the Route 9 Acme. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Galgano was the arresting officer.

On January 7, 2023, Francisco Martinez-Vasquez, a 23-year-old Freehold resident was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Driving with a Suspended Driver’s License and DWI Second Offense Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 9 and Cindy Street. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Walsh was the arresting officer.

On January 8, 2023, Kadiri Kirk Flemming, a 32-year-old resident of the Bronx, was arrested and charged with Traffic on Marked Lanes and Suspended Driver’s License in the area of Route 9 following a motor vehicle stop. He also had warrants out of Mansfield Township and Old Bridge. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Annuzzi was the arresting officer.

On January 9, 2023, three juveniles from Toms River were arrested for Driving a Stolen Vehicle and Receiving Stolen Property in the area of Route 9 following a motor vehicle stop. All three were processed and released pending a court date. Officer Annuzzi was the arresting officer.

On January 9, 2023, Glenn T. Curran, a 45-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Shoplifting from Acme. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Endaz was the arresting officer.

On January 11, 2023, Jonathan Santiago, a 25-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Shoplifting from Acme. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officers Keller and Paterek were the arresting officers.

On January 12, 2023, a 31-year-old Parlin resident was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (Cocaine) in the area of Rt. 35. He was processed and released pending a court date. The arrest was made by the Narcotics Unit.

On January 13, 2023, Freddy P. Cruz, a 31-year-old resident of New Brunswick was arrested for warrants out of New Brunswick. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Hammel was the arresting officer.

On January 13, 2023, Victoria Hayes, a 23-year-old Hazlet resident was arrested and charged with Shoplifting at the Route 9 Walmart. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Spurlock was the arresting officer.

On January 15, 2023, a 27-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Criminal Mischief with Damage, Harassment, Criminal Trespass and Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose. He was processed and transferred to Perth Amboy Hospital. Officer Janks was the arresting officer.

On January 15, 2023, Terrance D. Wingfield, a 42-year-old resident of Queens, was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS (Cocaine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS by a Motor Vehicle Operator, Traffic on Marked Lanes and Driving with a Suspended Driver’s License following a motor vehicle stop on Route 9. He also had warrants out of Paramus and Millburn. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Annuzzi was the arresting officer.

On January 15, 2023, Jesus Manuel DeJesus, Jr., a 45-year-old Freehold resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving and Traffic on Marked Lanes following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 35 and Birchwood Drive. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Serpico was the arresting officer.

On January 16, 2023, Samuel S. Gomez, a 54-year-old Tinton Falls resident was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Traffic on Marked Lanes, Possession of CDS (Cocaine), Refusal to Submit to Breath Samples, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Testing, Consumption of Alcohol by a Motor Vehicle Operator and Distribution of Heroin/Cocaine following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 34 and Cottrell Road. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Rhoades was the arresting officer.

On January 17, 2023, a 38-year-old Matawan resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Simple Assault. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Rhoades was the arresting officer.

On January 17, 2023, Juan Mateo-Martinez, a 44-year-old Trenton resident was arrested for a warrant out of New Brunswick following a motor vehicle stop. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Ramm was the arresting officer.

On January 18, 2023, Ruben Alberto Hernandez, a 59-year-old Marlboro resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving and Traffic on Marked Lanes following a traffic stop on Texas Road. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Gavares was the arresting officer.

On January 19, 2023, a 67-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Contempt and Harassment. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Bolognese was the arresting officer.

On January 19, 2023, a 50-year-old Cliffwood resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats and Resisting Arrest. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Spina was the arresting officer.

On January 19, 2023, Radhika D. Patel, a 44-year-old Old Bridge resident was arrested and charged with Shoplifting from the Route 18 Walmart. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Rothmund was the arresting officer.

On January 19, 2023, Wojciech Nowacki, a 47-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a Suspended Driver’s License, and Failure to Observe Traffic a Signal following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Throckmorton Lane and Mark Place. He also had a warrant out of Edison. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Rothmund was the arresting officer.

On January 21, 2023, a 39-year-old Lindenhurst, NY resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Harassment and Contempt. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officers Paterek and Keller were the arresting officers.

On January 24, 2023, Kory A. Stanbury, a 35-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with driving an unregistered vehicle in the area of Route 9. He also had a warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Annuzzi was the arresting officer.

On January 24, 2023, Joseph Robert Grogan, a 41-year-old Forked River resident was arrested for warrants out of Old Bridge. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Tavares was the arresting officer.

On January 25, 2023, Honey S. Ahmed, a 32-year-old Parlin resident was arrested for a warrant of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. He was processed and remanded to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center. Officer Serpico was the arresting officer.

On January 25, 2023, Mark Kornbluth, a 76-year-old Old Bridge resident, was arrested and charged with Burglary By Entering a Structure and Theft of Movable Property in the area of Utica Avenue. He was processed and released pending a court date. Detective Hall was the arresting officer.

On January 25, 2023, a 16-year-old juvenile was arrested and charged with Simple Assault. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Johns was the arresting officer.

On January 26, 2023, Timothy Matthew King, a 30-year-old South Amboy resident was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS in the area of Route 34. He also had warrants out of the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office. He was processed and transferred to their custody. Detective Cannillo was the arresting officer.

On January 27, 2023, Jessica M. Guillen, a 43-year-old Manalapan resident was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving following a traffic stop in the area of Route 9 and Ferry Road. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Bucci was the arresting officer.

On January 27, 2023, Jisel Maria Peralta Rodriguez, a 36-year-old Elizabeth resident, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit to Breath Samples, Failure to Use Appropriate Signal and Reckless Driving in the area of Route 34 following a traffic stop. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Gavares was the arresting officer.

On January 27, 2023, two 12-year-old juveniles were arrested and charged with Invasion of Privacy. The juveniles were processed and released pending a court date. Officer Braun was the arresting officer.

On January 28, 2023, a 30-year-old Matawan resident was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence Simple Assault and Terroristic Threats. She was processed and released pending a court date. Officer Rothmund was the arresting officer.

It should be noted that all arrestees are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

The names of defendants involved in domestic violence incidents have been removed to protect the identity of their victim.

Officers responded to or initiated 4,492 calls for service between January 1st, 2023, and January 31st, 2023, including 172 motor vehicle accidents, 169 alarms, 372 first aid calls, 18 fire calls, 115 suspicious person/vehicles, and 71 welfare checks.
