There were multiple people charged with heroin possession in Aberdeen last month:

ABERDEEN, NJ — Released by Aberdeen Police, all the arrests and police activity for the month of June 2022:

The Aberdeen Township Police Department made the following arrests June 1 through June 30:

On June 1, a 57-year-old male resident of Aberdeen was charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest following an incident on Cliffwood Avenue. Ptl. Thomas Wagner was the arresting officer.

On June 3, a 56-year-old male resident of Aberdeen was charged with contempt of court on a warrant issued by the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office. Ptl. Frank Maisano was the arresting officer.

On June 6, a 23-year-old female resident of Woodbridge was charged with contempt of court on a warrant issued by the Woodbridge Municipal Court. Ptl. John Palumbo was the arresting officer.

On June 10, a 75-year-old male resident of Aberdeen was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Lower Main Street. Ptl. Christopher Shaw was the arresting officer.

On June 12, a 56-year-old male resident of Aberdeen was charged with eluding and obstruction of justice following an incident on Atlantic Avenue. Sgt. Edgar Serrano was the arresting officer.

On June 13, a 27-year-old female resident of Middletown was charged with simple and aggravated assault following an incident on Schindler Drive. Ptl. Thomas Wagner was the arresting officer.

On June 13, a 21-year-old male resident of Aberdeen was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and terroristic threats following an incident on Lloyd Road. Ptlw. Heather Dillon was the arresting officer.

On June 14, a 45-year-old female resident of Aberdeen was charged with simple assault following an incident on West Prospect Avenue. Ptlw. Heather Dillon was the arresting officer.

On June 15, a 48-year-old female resident of Aberdeen was charged with fraud, theft by deception, identity theft and contempt of court on a warrant issued by the Linden Municipal Court. Det. Louis Nanna and Ptl. Benjamin Cleaves were the arresting officers.

On June 16, a 19-year-old male resident of Brooklyn, NY was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Shore Concourse. Ptl. John Palumbo was the arresting officer.

On June 17, a 50-year-old male resident of East Brunswick was charged with contempt of court on a warrant issued by the East Brunswick Municipal Court. Ptl. Vincent Schifini was the arresting officer.

On June 18, a 44-year-old male resident of Aberdeen was charged with possession of CDS (heroin) and driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 34. Ptl. Ronald Osadacz Jr was the arresting officer.

On June 19, a 55-year-old female resident of Hazlet was charged with contempt of court on warrants issued by Hazlet and Matawan Municipal Courts. Ptl. Marcus Neal was the arresting officer.

On June 21, a 28-year-old male resident of Sayreville was charged with theft by deception following an incident on Woodbine Drive. Det. Louis Nanna was the arresting officer.

On June 22, a 33-year-old female resident of Aberdeen was charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an incident on Schindler Drive. Det. Henry Chevalier was the arresting officer.

On June 22, a 60-year-old male resident of Aberdeen was charged with simple assault following an incident on Arlington Avenue. Ptl. Benjamin Cleaves was the arresting officer.

On June 24, a 38-year-old female resident of Keyport was charged with simple assault following an incident on County Road. Ptl. Benjamin Cleaves was the arresting officer.

On June 25, a 39-year-old Aberdeen male and 45-year-old female resident of Newark were charged with burglary, theft and possession of CDS (heroin) following an incident on West Prospect Avenue. Ptl. Marcus Neal and Jose Veliz were the arresting officers.

On June 26, a 44-year-old male resident of Old Bridge was charged with possession of CDS (heroin) following a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 35. Ptl. Christopher Vetter was the arresting officer.

On June 26, a 25-year-old male of Suitland, MD was charged with contempt of court on a warrant issued by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office. Ptl. Vincent Schifini was the arresting officer.

On June 27, a 33-year-old male resident of Sayreville was charged with simple assault following an incident on Lorenzo Court. Ptl. Christopher Shaw was the arresting officer.

On June 28, a 40-year-old male resident of Aberdeen was charged with violation of a court order following an incident on Gaston Street. Ptl. Nicholas Perrone was the arresting officer.

On June 28, a 44-year-old female resident of Aberdeen was charged with contempt of court on warrants issued by Tinton Falls and Keyport municipal Courts. Ptl. Mohamed Mahmoud was the arresting officer.

It should be noted that all arrestees are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Aberdeen police officers responded to or initiated calls 1,421 for service between June 1 and June 30, including 44 motor vehicle accidents; 86 alarms (house/fire); 3 assaults; 2 burglary reports; 11 criminal mischief; 10 crisis interventions; 29 disorderly persons; 20 domestic disputes; 11 fire calls, 99 first aid calls; 5 frauds; 18 harassments; 1 M.V thefts; 3 narcotics; 7 thefts; 5 trespassing; 44 suspicious person/vehicle and 17 welfare checks.

Officers issued 229 summonses and conducted 285 motor vehicle stops.
