Man Found Fatally Stabbed In Perth Amboy Apartment Friday

Police say the victim was last seen entering his apartment building on Mechanic Street in the early evening hours on Wednesday.

PERTH AMBOY, NJ — On Friday, April 1 a Perth Amboy man was found in his apartment with multiple stab wounds and pronounced dead on the scene, said the Middlesex County Prosecutor.

The victim, Barry Idesis, was found in his residence by his father, who then called 911 to alert the police.

Police say the victim was last seen entering his apartment building on Mechanic Street in the early evening hours on Wednesday, March 30.

The investigation is ongoing.
