Old Bridge Man Posed As Doctor, Sexually Assaulted Woman, Police Say

The man lives in Old Bridge's Brynwood Gardens apartments; he posed as a doctor and sexually assaulted a woman at his home, said police.

OLD BRIDGE, NJ — An Old Bridge man was taken into police custody Thursday and charged with sexual assault.

The man, who lives in the Brynwood Gardens apartments in Old Bridge, posed as a doctor and he sexually assaulted a woman who came to his home, said Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Old Bridge Acting Police Chief Scott Gumprecht.

The woman called 911 at approximately 10:15 p.m. Wednesday: The victim, an adult woman, told police she went to the home of Orger Sibaja-Bolanos, 65, who posed as a doctor, to receive medical treatment for an undisclosed health problem.

Sibaja-Bolanos isolated the victim in a bedroom where he sexually assaulted her and injected her with a substance, say police.

The investigation determined Sibaja-Bolanos was not a medical doctor.

On Thursday, Sibaja-Bolanos was arrested and charged with one count of second-degree sexual assault, one count of third-degree aggravated assault and one count of third-degree unlicensed practice of medicine. He is presently at the Middlesex County Jail.
