Perth Amboy Man, 21, Charged With Child Porn Possession
He was arrested on June 30. Law enforcement said he had more than 1,000 files of child pornography.
PERTH AMBOY, NJ — A Perth Amboy man has been arrested in connection with a child pornography investigation, announced the Middlesex County Prosecutor.
Law enforcement said he had more than 1,000 files of child pornography.
Kevin Roman-Quinones, 21, of Perth Amboy was arrested on June 30 and charged with second-degree possession of child pornography (over 1,000 files), and first-degree manufacturing child pornography.

Roman-Quinones is presently lodged at the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center pending a pre-trial detention hearing in Superior Court.
New Jersey State Police started investigating the young man after they received a cyber tip about his alleged online activities and file downloads.

The investigation was done by Detective Daniel Lojek and Detective Kayla Hueston of the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office.
