RREM Information Session to Assist Monmouth Homeowners Affected by Superstorm Sandy
Information session scheduled to answer RREM applicants' questions.
The Christie administration announced today that a 10th information session to answer questions from applicants of the Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Elevation and Mitigation Program has been scheduled for Jan. 20, in Union Beach.
The information session is scheduled for Jan. 20, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Union Beach Borough Hall, located at 650 Poole Ave. in Union Beach, and will be providing individualized help to RREM participants in navigating the program’s process. The information session is open to all eligible RREM applicants from the nine counties the federal government deemed most impacted by Superstorm Sandy and is designed to answer any questions that may arise during the RREM process, the Christie administration said.
The information sessions will helps RREM applicants check their application status, address challenges they may have in their own rebuilding process and educate themselves about important information as they progress through the program, the news release said.

Representatives from the DCA’s Sandy Recovery Division, Housing Recovery Centers, RREM Program Managers, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs will be present to answer any questions applicants may have.
