Two Monmouth County Men Appointed To Roles on Foundation Board

The men have been appointed to positions on the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Vietnam Veterans' Memorial Foundation in Holmdel.

The Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Vietnam Veterans’ Memorial Foundation (NJVVMF) in Holmdel has appointed a new vice-president and a new treasurer.

Gordon S. Pingicer of Sea Girt has been appointed vice-president of the board.

Jack Tully of Spring Lake Heights was recently appointed to the treasurer’s position.

According to a news release:

Pingicer is a veteran of the US Army Security Agency and served in Vietnam with the 175th Radio Research Company in Bien Hoa.

He is a licensed certified public accountant and worked for KPMG for 35 years.

Pingicer is the chairman of the finance committee at Carrier Clinic and a member of its board of trustees and several other committees.

He is also a consultant to the audit and finance committees of the Gordon Research Conferences.

Tully served in the US Marine Corps from 1963 to 1966 and participated in combat military actions in the Dominican Republic and Vietnam.

He is a former managing partner of Tully Winters McKenzie and Mahon CPAs, and previously held positions at the state Department of the Treasury, including director of the New Jersey Division of Revenue.

Tully has also served as the president of the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy, and the vice-president of the Belmar Fishing Club. He was a Spring Lake Heights councilman for 18 years.
