to enhance flexibility, balance, strength, and mental well-being. 
&nbsp;Utilizing chairs for safety and accessibility, it is highly effective 
for reducing stress and maintaining joint mobility in seniors of all 
fitness levels, including those with limited mobility. Registration required.</p><p>Also occurs on July 9, July 16, July 23, and July 30.</p>

 This special screening includes selected excerpts from the new series 
centered around the spirit of service and the history of civic 
engagement in the United States. Discussion to follow the viewing.</p>
