Chester Lions Club 2018 Annual Scholarship Initiative
High School seniors in Morris County towns of Chester, Mendham and Washington Township are encouraged to apply for one of five scholarships.
The Chester Lions Club is accepting applications for its annual scholarship initiative. High School seniors residing in the Morris County towns of Chester, Mendham and Washington Township are encouraged to apply for one of five available $5,000.00 scholarships. Candidates will be selected by the Chester Lions Club Scholarship Committee based upon criteria including scholastic achievement, community service, extracurricular activities, financial need and accomplishments that exhibited exceptional leadership. Applications are available at West Morris Central and West Morris Mendham High Schools and can also be found at the Chester Lions Club website: www.chesterlionsclubnj.com. Fully completed applications must be submitted to Chester Lions Club, Attn: Warren Weinstein, 7208 Wynbrook Drive, Randolph, New Jersey, 07869, by April 15, 2018. Following its motto, “We Serve,” the Chester Lions Club has provided scholarships for the community’s students for over forty years.
