Mendham Twp. Cops: Driver Had Open Alcohol Container
The following information was provided by the Mendham Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A drunk driver was found speeding down West Mendham Road with open containers, Mendham Township Police said.
Robert Wysokowski arrested 23-year-old Jeremy Riley of Morristown on Feb. 4 following a traffic stop, police said.
Wysokowski stopped Riley as he was driving a 2012 Mazda on West Mendham Road.

Police say Riley was speeding and driving erratically in his 2012 Mazda. Wysokowski determined Riley was intoxicated and found open alcoholic beverage containers inside the vehicle, police said.
Riley is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 16. on charges of driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, speeding, and having an open alcohol container inside a motor vehicle.
