MADD NJ Recognizes Mendham Police Officer

One patrolman was named a "Top Cop" by the anti-drunk driving group.

MENDHAM, NJ — A Mendham Township Patrolman was recognized for Mothers Against Drunk Driving fas a "Top Cop," the department announced on Facebook.

Patrolam Robert Kalweit was recognized as MADD NJ's Top Cop for Morris County for his work in driving while intoxicated law enforcement.

"Great job to Ptl. Kalweit and to all the award recipients today from across the state in your on-going efforts to make our roads safer for our citizens and families!" the department wrote.

MADD was formed over 35 years ago with the goal of ending drunk driving and to support victims of drunk driving crimes.
