Mendham Mayor Says Residents, Businesses Need To Call In Outages

"Make Mendham Borough a priority," Christine Serrano Glassner said.

MENDHAM, NJ - Mendham Borough Mayor Christine Serrano Glassner has issued a call to action for all residents and businesses to help get power restored back to the community faster.

To make Mendham Borough a priority for service calls from JCP&L Glassner is asking for individual reporting.

"All buildings need to report their own outages individually. When you report your outage, you should receive a ticket number. Keep track of that number," she said. "The more tickets reported for a given area JCP&L receives, the greater priority that area will receive."

Glassner was also clear where not to report utility outages.

"Do not report your outage to the Police Department or municipal office since they cannot file the claim for you," she said.
