- Impacted Residential and Business Customers Eligible for Enhanced Incentives for Energy-Efficient Equipment and Appliances - (NEWARK, N.J. – September 30, 2021) —PSE&G’s Clean Energy Future Energy Efficiency Program is offering enhanced incentives to help residential and business customers impacted by Tropical Storm Ida. Customers located in disaster areas designated by FEMA, who receive electric or gas service from PSE&G are eligible for these enhanced incentives. Residential customers participating in the program can qualify for an additional $200 for qualifying HVAC and water heating equipment and an additional $50 for qualifying refrigerators and clothes washers. Commercial and industrial customers are eligible for up to a 50% increase in existing incentives for qualifying equipment. ”We’re pleased to have this opportunity to assist our customers,” PSE&G Renewable and Energy Solutions Vice President Karen Reif said. “These incentives will help our customers recover in the near-term while encouraging the purchase of energy-efficient equipment that will provide economic and environmental benefits in the long-term.”

Customers in Bergen, Essex, Gloucester, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, and Union counties are eligible to receive additional incentives to purchase qualifying energy-efficient equipment and appliances between Sept. 1 and Nov. 15, 2021.
