2 Chances To Volunteer This April In Middletown

April 19 and April 22, both at Bayshore Waterfront Park. No registration necessary, just show up.

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — The Monmouth County Parks System is hosting two volunteer clean-ups this April.

They do not require pre-registration. Simply show up ready to work.

10 a.m. - 12 p.m. April 19 at Bayshore Waterfront Park, 719 Port Monmouth Road in Port Monmouth. Help clean the coastline of trash and plastics while learning about the local environment.

5-6:30 p.m. April 22 again at Bayshore Waterfront Park. This time, help plant dune grass. Help restore the park’s maritime forest by planting native plants that provide valuable food and shelter for local wildlife. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
