Red Bank, New Jersey (Monmouth County) – On the stroke of midnight every New Year’s Eve, people set their sights on new goals. Health is always a big issue, and living a healthy lifestyle is a permanent state of being and indeed, a lifelong journey. But the quest for health involves more than just lifting a set of weights or walking a mile or two a few times weekly. Health involves mind, body & spirit! On Thursday, January 31 from 6.30 to 8.30 p.m., Jersey Shore Scene & Renaissance The Studio will host ‘2019…Year Of The Fit.’ Renaissance The Studio is located at 8 East Front Street, #2, Red Bank, N.J. 07701. The fun-filled event, designed to showcase healthy living choices including exercise, diet, nutrition & emotional wellness, will feature several dynamic speakers including Danielle Buccellato, owner of Renaissance The Studio; The Nourish Coaches - Wendy Bright Fallon & Debbie Peterson; and Melissa Kramer, LCSW, of MindfulNest Therapy. There will be a trunk show by Athleta, demonstrations by Chef Marie Maglio of The Proper Palate, and an organic juice sampling by Freshica’s. Delicious dark chocolate favors are provided courtesy of Suzi’s Sweet Shoppe.
