4th Annual Guinness Run/Pub Crawl in Highlands Saturday

HIGHLANDS, NJ - While Highlands' St. Patrick's Day parade won't be until next weekend, March 18, there will be the 4th annual Guinness Run in Highlands this Saturday, March 11. Now don't go thinking this is a regular 5K. It's a very short race and the first runner to get to the finish line with the most liquid in their cup wins.

The race starts at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bahrs Landing Restaurant. Registration of $30, includes a commemorative t-shirt, a Guinness Pint Glass and access to the Post-Race Party at Bahrs Landing Restaurant with complimentary appetizers and Guinness Beer. The race will begin at the Bahrs, 2 Bay Ave. There will be a Post-Run St. Pat's Pub Crawl from 3 - 5 pm, registration is $10 and includes $3 Imported Beer specials at participating restaurants.
