Sandy Hook Pollinator Garden Workday

Tuesday, April 21, 10 a.m. - Noon Help us get our Sandy Hook pollinator garden ready for spring! Meet at the Littoral Society Office 18 Hartshorne Dr, Highlands, NJ 07732 Volunteers will remove winter cover, help repair fencing, and prepare the garden for a thriving season ahead. Slade Dale Living Shoreline Volunteer Day Point Pleasant, NJ

Sunday, April 26, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Recycled Christmas tree deployment time is upon us once again! You can help spruce (ha!) up our Slade Dale Nature Preserve living shoreline project by placing recycled Christmas trees into branchbox breakwaters along Beaverdam Creek. This work helps reduce erosion and restore coastal habitat. RSVP here to participate.
