Perennial Flower Swap and Craft Show in the Parks Saturday

On Saturday in Middletown, the Monmouth County Park System will hold the Great Spring Perennial Plant Swap and Spring Craft Show from 10am-2pm on at Deep Cut Gardens, Red Hill Road, Middletown.

The Great Spring Perennial Plant Swap invites gardeners to bring plants in one-quart, one-gallon or two-gallon containers and take home the same size and number of plants.  Gardeners are asked to label all plants. (Vegetable and herb seedlings are allowed.)

Across the street at the Red Hill Road, Middletown, the Spring Craft Showwill be held from 9am-2pm. Hand-crafted items such as gourd birdhouses, wood carvings and embellished shepherd hooks for the garden will be for sale. Crafters will also offer soy candles, beaded jewelry, crocheted scarves and more. 

Admission and parking for both events are free.
