Brookdale Community College Hosts Open House Oct. 22

LINCROFT, NJ — Explore all the options available to your son or daughter at your local community college, Brookdale, the community college of Monmouth County.

Brookdale will hold an Open House on Sunday, Oct. 22:

Brookdale Community College is announcing its Fall Open House event scheduled for Sunday, October 22, 2023, at its Lincroft campus, located at 765 Newman Springs Road. The festivities kick off at 1:00 p.m. and promise an exciting day of exploration and discovery.

Brookdale Community College, honored once more as the "Best Community College in New Jersey" for the second year in a row (Niche rankings), invites prospective students and families to explore its leading-edge education and diverse pathways to success.

The event will commence with a welcome from Brookdale's President, Dr. David M. Stout, in the Collins Arena. Attendees will then embark on a guided tour of the campus, where they can explore over 70 academic programs, interact with award-winning faculty, gain insights into Financial Aid and scholarship opportunities, meet Brookdale's university partners, and gather information on seamless transfer options to earn a bachelor's degree.

The Student Life Center will be open to showcase student programs and services, including 45 clubs available at Brookdale. Guests will also be able to visit the brand new, state-of-the-art Esports Arena and the recently unveiled Caroline Huber Holistic Wellness Center and RWJBarnabas Nutrition Hub.

Excitement will be in the air as visitors participate in a raffle for a chance to win a free 3-credit class and a Continuing Professional Studies class. The Performing Arts Center (PAC) will add to the thrill with a chance to win complimentary tickets to any performance, the highly acclaimed Haunted Theater, and game time in the new Esports Arena.

Food enthusiasts will delight in culinary tastings prepared by Brookdale's talented students, while live music by DJ and RockIt will set the tone as guests traverse the campus.
