We Care Adult Care

We Care Adult Care is the #1 Adult Day Care Center in Monmouth County, established in 1998. We provide all inclusive care during the day which includes daily nutritious meals, nursing care, activities and door-to-door transportation plus much more. Our dynamic team of health care professionals specialize in working with seniors, and Alzheimer’s and dementia related illnesses. This alternative care setting provides support, caregiver options and funding resources. We offer a full day program 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. Tracey L. Wolfman, owner of We Care Adult Care, Inc. She launched “We Care Adult Day Care, Inc.” in 2000. A registered nurse with a Master’s in Nursing Administration from Teacher’s College, Columbia University, Tracey has spent 30 plus years working with the elderly population.
