The Lincroft Little League 12U All-Stars went undefeated in winning the District 19 tournament to advance to the Section 3 tournament for the third consecutive year.
In the first game, Lincroft overpowered Marlboro 19-0 behind 17 hits led by Courtney Lepine's two triples, Sam Duffy's triple and double and Ally Massa's double and single. Middletown was the next victim as Lincroft's Maddie McMahon put in a strong pitching performance.
McMahon's triple, Ciara Sullivan's triple and double, Helena Coppola's two hits and MariRose Fitzpatrick's two clutch RBI-producing squeeze-play bunts led the hitting attack in the 6-2 win.

In the final game it was stellar defense that allowed Lincroft to defeat Middletown 7-6. An acrobatic collision-catch made by Jordyn DellaValle highlighted outstanding catches by outfielders Carly Hymanson, Julia Cangialosi and DellaValle.
All three catches robbed Middletown of run-producing extra-base hits and were key in allowing Lincroft to advance.
