db Physical Therapy Moves Into Bigger Space At One River Center
The physical therapy office previously located in Lincroft said they wanted to be closer to the Life Time Fitness coming to Middletown:
MIDDLETOWN, NJ — This April, db Ortho Physical Therapy relocated from their prior location on Newman Springs Road to their new offices in the One River Center complex in Middletown/Red Bank.
Their new 4,000-square-foot physical therapy office has ample parking and first-floor direct access in a state-of-the-art layout designed specifically for physical therapy.
The physical therapy office needed more space for their growing client population, said David Bertone, a doctor of physical therapy who owns the clinic.

db Ortho Physical Therapy still has a second location at 100 Craig Road in Manalapan.
"As the practice continued to grow through word of mouth and physician referrals, we brought in additional doctors of physical therapy," said Bertone. "Fortunately, the practice quickly outgrew that space in five years and we needed to locate space to accommodate our growth for now and in the future. We needed to look within close proximity of our existing patient population, which mainly live in Lincroft, Middletown, Holmdel and Colts Neck."

Bertone said he specifically chose One River Center because it is close to the Garden State Parkway and close to the future home of Life Time, the luxury fitness complex that is highly anticipated to open on Half Mile Road in Middletown in 2024.
“This was an exciting opportunity for us to open in a busy corridor near commuter parking and easy access," said Bertone.
