Labor & Employment Update  -------------  Nov. 4, 2021 Since President Biden's Vaccine Mandate was announced on September 9, 2021, many businesses were concerned as to how and when to implement these mandates. Today, November 4, 2021, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued the Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) addressing the requirements employers must follow when implementing the vaccination and testing mandate.
