Enter The Pie-Eating Contest At Monmouth County Fair
Children 12 and under will compete at 1 p.m. and ages 13 and up at 1:15 p.m. Space is limited, sign up on-site the day of, July 28.

EAST FREEHOLD, NJ — Taste some old-fashioned fun during the pie-eating contest held during the last day of the Monmouth County Fair 2019, Sunday, July 28. This fun and delicious tradition will once again use pies donated by Wemrock Orchards. Children age 12 and under will compete at 1 p.m. and ages 13 and up at 1:15 p.m. On-site registration for both contests begins 11 a.m. inside the dining tent by the Main Stage; space is limited. Winners take home a trophy.

Held at East Freehold Showgrounds, Kozloski Road, Freehold from Wednesday-Sunday, July 24-28, the Fair also offers family fun with 4-H exhibits, rides, entertainment, home and garden competitions, opening night fireworks (weather permitting), and more! Fair hours are 5-11 p.m. on Wednesday-Friday, July 24-26; 11 a.m.-11 p.m. on Saturday, July 27; and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on Sunday, July 28. Admission is $8 per person; children 12 and under are free.
