Sensei Jason of Tiger Schulmann of Middletown, will teach defense tactics and strategies in dealing with bullies in this once a week month-long program. Dress comfortably though it will be a non-contact program. Parental waiver needs to be signed. Registration is required as space is limited to 25 participants; register at www.mtpl.org.
