Guild members: $15 for one entry; $25 for two entries; $35 for three entries (2012 dues paid).
Non-members: $25 for one entry; $35 for two entries; $45 for three entries.

Insurance: The Guild of Creative Art specifically disclaims any liability for the loss, damage, or theft of any artwork exhibited or stored on its premises. Artists are responsible for insuring their own work from delivery to pick-up and return to artist.
Delivery of Pre-Registered Art: In person to the Guild, one day only. Wednesday, October 3, noon - 7 P.M.
Acceptance: Notification of work accepted for the show will be made by e-mail. If you do not have e-mail, you may call the Guild after 3 P.M. on Thursday, October 4. The phone number is 732-741-1441.
Artist's Release: Artist agrees that accepted works may be used for publicity.
Judge: Dr. Holly Pyne Conner - Curator of Nineteenth-Century American Art at The Newark Museum.
Reception: Sunday, October 7, 3 - 5 P.M. Awards will be announced and presented at 4 P.M.
Awards: Best in Category (Painting, Sculpture, Photography) $300 each category; Honorable Mention medals; Mitchell Award for Acrylic - $100; Friedlander Award for Abstract -$50; Guild Award for Artistic Innovation - $100; Nick Caivano Memorial Award for Excellence in Painting - $400. Additional awards to be announced.
Pick-Up Declines: Saturday, October 6, noon - 4 P.M.
