A Halloween Hullabaloo will be presented by Middletown Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs, the Middletown Arts Center and the Poricy Park Conservancy, at Poricy Park from 5 to 8 p.m.
Admission is free.
Costume contests will begin at 5 p.m. with the categories: age two and under, age 3 to 5, 6 to 8, 9 to 12 and groups of two or more.

Haunted Hayrides begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by the "awe inspiring" Mad Science Show at 6 p.m.
