The Monmouth Museum presents NJ Emerging Artists Series: Gary Dates Photographs, at the museum's gallery from April 29 through May 29.
A Gallery Talk will be held on May 25 at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Gary Dates will share his insights on his work in a discussion at the museum.
Mr. Dates likes to create images that are realistically impossible, but not necessarily surreal or abstract in nature. Although the digital images are composited in the program Photoshop, much of the artist's work is done in-camera.
