The Community YMCA is celebrating Healthy Kids Day® with a free community event at Hillside Community Center that will help families find fun through active play and educational opportunities to improve health and well-being.
Families will enjoy wellness activities, a nature activity, teddy bear clinic, storytime and art projects, nutrition and healthy snacks, fire truck and safety, and more! Local partners include: Home Depot, Poricy Park and the Visiting Nurse Association. In addition, drawings will be held for prizes and summer camp.
Healthy Kids Day takes place from 9-11 a.m. at Hillside Community Center, 144 Chestnut Avenue, Middletown, 07748 and from 3-5 p.m. at the Y's Family Health & Wellness Center in Red Bank.
