Families Invited To Read Names In Monmouth County's 9/11 Service

It will be held at 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 11, as always at the Mount Mitchill scenic overlook in Atlantic Highlands.

ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ — Families of Monmouth County 9/11 victims are invited to participate in the county's 2023 September 11 Memorial Ceremony, which will be held at 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 11, as always at the Mount Mitchill scenic overlook at 460 Ocean Boulevard in Atlantic Highlands.

The Monmouth County Board of Commissioners would like to invite the families of those who lost their lives that day to not only attend, but to participate in the reading of the names.

"We have had incredibly moving contributions in the past and would like to remind the loved ones of the victims that we will never forget them," said Monmouth Commissioner Director Tom Arnone.
