The fire started in the kitchen of China Wok off Port Monmouth Road.

Middletown, NJ - A Chinese restaurant off Port Monmouth Road in North Middletown caught fire Thursday morning, a local firefighter tells Patch. One firefighter sustained minor injuries putting out the blaze.
