Free Yoga In Middletown's Poricy Park Saturday, July 20
The 9 a.m. class will be taught by instructors from Hot & Soul Yoga. You do not need to register in advance. All are welcome to attend.
MIDDLETOWN, NJ — As part of Mayor Tony Perry's summertime wellness campaign, Middletown Township will host a free yoga class this Saturday, July 20. The class begins at 9 a.m.
The class will be taught by instructors from Hot & Soul Yoga. You do not need to register in advance. All are welcome to wake up, stretch and find your inner peace as a beautiful way to start your weekend.
A yoga mat should be brought, however a limited number of mats are available for your use. Please call to reserve one free of charge. 732-615-2260

From May through October, Middletown hosts a free community fitness offering on the third Saturday of the month. Activities are generally geared for families of all ages and abilities.

August 17: Beach Volleyball Bayshore Waterfront Activity Center, 719 Port Monmouth Road in Port Monmouth Come on out for a fun game of beach volleyball. Try and set for the Mayor, or work on your best spike over the net! This is gear for teens and adults. Younger children are welcome and other beach activities will be available nearby for them to play while mom and dad get a workout in. 9 a.m.
September 21: Pickleball Tindall ParkTindall Road Middletown Try your hand at this exciting sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. A paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. Come play on our newly lined courts.
