MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Get into the spirit of the season with the Monmouth County Park System’s Creatures of the Night!

Fun and interactive, these non-scary family-friendly hayrides take visitors through Huber Woods Park, Middletown, to see staff and volunteers perform light-hearted and educational skits. This year’s theme is “Star Woods – May the Forest Be with You." Afterward, enjoy a snack. This is intended to be an educational wagon ride and there is nothing scary or haunted about it. The “creatures of the night” could be nighttime animals, insects or birds.

Offered on Friday and Saturday evenings, October 13-28, 2017 hayrides leave at staggered times between 4:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please note that not all times are offered each evening. The cost is $10 per person. Lap children (under age 3) are free when accompanied by paying adult.
