The Garden Club RFD’s next meeting will be on January 21st, 10 a.m. at the Middletown Arts Center, 36 Church St. The business portion of the meeting will be followed by a presentation at 11 a.m. by Cathy Miller, a designer, author, and radio and TV personality.
