The promotion is valid at all Uncle Giuseppe's locations in New Jersey and New York, while supplies last.

TINTON FALLS, NJ — This Thursday, March 19 Uncle Giuseppe's market in Tinton Falls (and their locations across New Jersey/New York) will give a free pastry to anyone named Joseph, Josephine, Josie, Josette, Giuseppe, Joe or any derivative.

This is for St. Joseph’s Day, an Italian Catholic saint's day celebrated during Lent on March 19. It honors Saint Joseph, the patron saint of Sicily. Today, March 19 has evolved to become widely celebrated across Italy as Father’s Day. The holiday is known for traditional pastries like sfingi (Italian cream-filled donuts) and zeppole.

Uncle Giuseppe’s will be giving away their St. Joseph’s pastries, made in-house and filled with signature cannoli cream, authentic Italian custard or rich pistachio.
