my company has 2 positions open for IT service/field technician requirements are
3-5 years prior experience in technical support role
Windows XP, Vista, 7 and Windows server 2003/2008
Microsoft Small Business Server
Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 and 2010
Experience with Connectwise, and Kasays a plus but not required
Network Configuration (wired/wireless routers, switches, firewalls)
Hardware/software troubleshooting and issue resolution for multiple and varied client bases
Excellent Multitasking skills and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills w/ ability to interact with all levels
Ability to follow instructions and to organize tasks
Ability and desire to travel with your own vehicle
