See the Township's traffic engineer presented his study of the traffic flows around the planned development. The presentation reinforced the traffic study that was done by the developer, which already has NJDOT approval. Much of the data used in the presentation was taken from the developers' traffic engineering report. After the presentation, the questions raised by the public and general public comments, the Planning Board voted unanimously to approve this project. This was approximately midnight.
