The traffic engineer for the developer was present to provide this traffic study and describe the automobile flow around the development. This presentation covers the roadways around the development. The traffic flows were presented during the May 15 meeting.

Applicant is requesting preliminary and final major subdivision and major site plan in accordance with the Circus Liquors Redevelopment Plan. The applicant is seeking site plan approval to construct seven (7) buildings totaling 342,000 square feet of commercial development.
The Traffic Engineer for the developer presented the DOT approved plan for the access roads surrounding the commercial development of Village 35.
